2) Installation on license

Steps for your GoGreen PV installation: ​

1. You need a network access contract with your network operator.
2. We will be happy to support you in applying for network access. We offer this additional service to our customers in Lower Austria and Vienna for €490 incl. VAT.
3. You will receive the meter point number from your network operator
4. You can apply for the investment subsidy from OeMAG with the meter point number.
5. Installation of the PV system by your electrician, roofer or plumber.
6. Conclusion of an electricity supply contract.
7. The electrician reports that the PV system is finished.
8. Switch on the system and produce green energy. Let's GoGreen together!

§2 Subject matter of the contract, conclusion of the contract, guarantees, changes in performance

All offers, verbal as well as written, are subject to change and non-binding, unless they are expressly marked as binding or are subject to a specific acceptance period.
The signing of the contract by both parties or the issuance of our written order confirmation and the commencement of our contractual performance shall constitute a legal binding of the contract. In the case of oral declarations of contract by the customer, we may require written confirmation.
Declarations of acceptance, all orders and purchase orders require our written or telex confirmation to be legally effective. The same applies to subsequent supplements, amendments or subsidiary agreements. In case of immediate delivery, the written confirmation can also be replaced by an invoice.
Reservations of goods are considered as offers and require the conclusion of a contract within one month. Otherwise, after the expiry of this month, the price agreements will be adjusted to the current list prices at the time of delivery.
A cost estimate returned to us and signed shall be regarded as an offer to conclude a contract.
Illustrations, technical data and product descriptions are performance descriptions and do not qualify as guarantees. Guarantees mentioned in offers are exclusively manufacturer's guarantees. Claims resulting therefrom are to be asserted against the respective manufacturer.
The written order confirmation, including these General Terms and Conditions, shall be authoritative for the type, scope and time of our services and deliveries.
Subsequent changes to the terms and conditions of performance require a written agreement or our express written confirmation.
The sending of catalogs, brochures or price lists does not oblige us to deliver.
The documents enclosed with the offers, such as illustrations, drawings, brochures, specifications of dimensions and weights and other descriptions of performance, are only to be understood as approximate values and, in particular, do not represent any assurances of properties. Unless an exact conformity appears necessary for the usability for the contractually presupposed purpose. Minor, as well as customary deviations in quantity, quality, weight or other performance are to be accepted by the customer if they are insignificant and reasonable for the customer.
